- Cheekwood is wheelchair accessible, with complimentary manually-operated wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
- Due to the historic nature of the attraction, some paths may be narrow, uneven, or steep, and certain rooms in the mansion are inaccessible by wheelchair.
- Strollers, backpacks, and large bags are prohibited inside the historic mansion and museum.
