day. In that case, some of the sightseeing on the second day will be
rescheduled to the first day.


If the drift ice is far away, the boarding time may be extended by up to 90
minutes. In that case, arrival time at the hotel may be delayed.


[About drift ice]


●As drift ice is a natural phenomenon, it may not be possible to see it
depending on weather conditions (tides, wind direction, etc.).


The tour will proceed regardless of the arrival or departure of the drift ice.
If you cancel or change your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged
even if the drift ice has not arrived at the shore.


We will not inform customers about the drift ice conditions before departure.
Please refer to the "Sea Ice Forecast" published on the Japan Meteorological
Agency's website.


If you are unable to see the drift ice, the accompanying tour guide (TD) will
provide you with alternative options.


●The operation of the Garinko-go is not affected by the presence or absence of
drift ice, and if there is no drift ice on the route, it will be a sea
sightseeing tour, but there will be no refunds.If the trip is canceled due to
bad weather, high waves, etc., we will guide you to an alternative tourist
spot (planned to be Okhotsk Tower) and refund the difference in the boarding
