You can choose any of the following methods to activate your annual pass:

1. (Recommended) Online activation: After purchasing an annual pass, if you
agree to use the annual pass through facial recognition, you can activate the
annual pass online in the Chimelong official APP/mini-program (you need to
bind your ID number + take a photo and enter your facial information). You can
then conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel.

2. Offline Activation of Electronic Annual Pass Number: After purchasing an
annual pass, you can go to the ticket office of the theme park where you
purchased the pass, present the voucher code and your mobile phone number to
receive your electronic annual pass number, and then go to the visitor service
center to activate the pass (you will need to provide your ID card and have
your photo taken for record-keeping). Facial information will also be entered

for the next 60 days, including the current day, within the Chimelong APP/Mini
Program and make a reservation on the "Available Reservation Day". Entry is
only allowed after a successful reservation. The number of entry slots
available for reservation each day is limited and will be filled on a first-
come, first-served basis.

2. If special themed events are held within the park (such as the Chimelong
Paradise Christmas event, New Year's Eve celebrations at various parks on
December 31st, anniversary celebrations, etc.), or if the park implements
crowd control measures due to excessive visitor numbers and public safety
concerns, the number of reservations available for annual pass holders may be
reduced or canceled during this period. Please pay close attention to

• Important Note:

1. Annual pass holders who have activated their pass online must present
their valid ID at the ticket gate for identity verification upon first entry
to the park. If the cardholder's information matches the applicable conditions
of the annual pass, they can enter the park. If the conditions do not match or
the information does not match, they will need to pay the difference or apply
for a refund or change.

2. Once activated, the annual pass is registered under the cardholder's name
and is valid only for the cardholder registered at the time of activation. It
is non-transferable and cannot be changed. Lost annual passes before
activation will not be reported lost or reissued.

3. Chimelong Annual Pass holders are prohibited from engaging in ticket
