cooking class with 2 or 3 recipes of typical Bolognese or regional cuisine; we will make different types of pasta and typical desserts and we will taste together some good wine that will go perfectly with the food. We will get our hands dirty so they can better appreciate the dishes of typical Bolognese cuisine. My cat Pol will assist us during the class. In the case of vegetarian guests I will prepare sauces and pastas suitable for their needs.
