It was very smooth to get in there as I was having online ticket Skipped all the long queues

Place was very crowded. Even after showing online ticket they asked to get the boarding pass from a normal ticketing lane. No difference between online and manual ticketing due to requirement of getting boarding pass

Make sure to be there 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time

Usage
Swap your mobile ticket with a physical one at At The Top Burj Khalifa - Dubai Fountain ticket counter on the Lower Ground level of the Dubai Mall (located near Hafiz Mustafa 1864)
If you bought tickets for several persons, this ticket is valid for all of them
A valid photo ID is needed to collect your tickets
Once you have collected your tickets, follow the signs to the 'Dubai Fountains'. When outside, look for the 'Lake Ride' sign
Post Purchase
Strollers aren't permitted on the boat, but can be stored at the Lake Ride Area free of charge
The last boat leaves 30 minutes before closing

Metro: The red line takes you right to the Burj Khalifa.
The Dubai Mall Fashion avenue is undergoing an experience upgrade. For now, the lower ground (LG) level food court will remain closed and there is no seated space available
We recommend that groups arrive no more than ten minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid extended queuing and inconvenience to guests
