For safety reasons, children are not permitted to ride on an adult’s lap for free.

Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when applying.

Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to participate.

If there’s a strong chance that the ski resort cannot operate due to inadequate snowfall, we will cancel the tour. We’ll make this decision at least two days in advance and inform you if the tour is canceled. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)

Should roads be closed on the day of the tour or if there’s a significant risk of such closures, the tour may also be canceled. We’ll notify you promptly once the decision is made. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)

Due to road and weather conditions, the arrival and departure times at the ski resort may vary, leading to shorter stay duration and delayed return times.

If your stay at the ski resort is reduced, or if any extra costs arise for transportation or accommodation after the return, we will not honor any expense claims.

This tour may be operated jointly with other ski tours by different companies.

Base Center (next to the gondola station on the left)
Changing rooms, lockers (JPY 200 to JPY 1,000), and a rental shop are available.
Lift tickets and rental discount coupons will be handed out at the information counter inside the Base Center (next to the gondola station on the left) at Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field.

If your preferred ski, snowboard, or wear size is not available on the day, no refund will be provided.

About the Bus
・The bus has four seats per row and does not have a toilet.
・Depending on the number of passengers, the service may be operated by a microbus or commuter (minibus).

At the meeting point, the bus driver will handle the check-in. Please present your voucher.
