Yande was great as he drove my sister , niece and myself up the mountain . He was extremely safe and very careful . He also assisted us to take photos - he was so great at it too . Highly recommend him and this tour .

Had Putu as our jeep driver and he was a committed photographer as well. :) I would highly recommend him. Had Wayan as the driver who picked us up from the hotel.

Edhy (jeep driver) and Tarisa (specially arranged driver as we stayed outside Ubud) made this early morning trip and nearly 3 hours plus journey worth the efforts and money. Edhy was very professional and prepared us well for the cold and rough terrain. He is such a good photographer. Tarisa was very careful and experienced driver, very patient, hospital. She knew when and how to engage travelers in interesting conversation during the long journey. We managed to catch the beautiful sunrise, marvelous black lava and yummy coffee tasting. Thanks to Edhy and Tarisa for making this possible.

Putu was our jeep driver to mount batur and black lava area. He helped to take loads of great pictures as well. I would highly recommend him. 'Wayan' disappeared on us when we returned from our ATV. We had to call the company and also the person who contacted us claiming he was our driver 'Wayan' before they could locate our actual Driver. I do not know who was substituted to be our driver but I wished there was more honesty throughout this whole communication.
