Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Cards can be collected at official Barcelona tourist information offices, including Plaça de Catalunya, Barcelona Airport (Terminals T1 & T2), Sagrada Família, Barcelona Cathedral, and other central locations.
- Operating hours vary by location, generally between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM.
- This activity ends at the same location where the card is collected.
Plaça de Catalunya (Main Tourist Office)
- Location: Pl. de Catalunya, 17, Subterraneo (Underground).
- Directions: Located in the middle of the square. Look for two red pillars with an "i" on top and go down the mechanical stairs/escalator.
- Hours: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport (Terminals T1 & T2)
- Location: Official tourist information offices within the terminals.
- Directions: Transportation passes can be picked up at both terminals.
- Hours: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Sagrada Família (Cabina/Booth)
- Location: Plaça de la Sagrada Família, 2.
- Directions: An official information booth located immediately in front of the Sagrada Família.
- Hours: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Cathedral of Barcelona
- Location: Pla de la Seu, s/n (Ciutat Vella).
- Directions: The official office is on the left-hand side of the Cathedral.
- Hours: Mondays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sundays: Closed.

When booking, the listing mentioned that you can collect it from any metro station, but actually it doesn’t work. Very troublesome to try to fix and troubleshoot this
I forgot to print the paper. The staff from T1 is so helpful, she guide me through. So sorry to trouble her.
As per described. Hola Barcelona tickets were sent to email address. Needed to print out the tickets and redemption counters were closed after office hours.
