On our Mount Toubkal journey from Casablanca, you will ascend into the wilderness and visit some of the most stunning places in the high Atlas mountains, such as Imlil valley (1740m), the Sidi Chamarouch shrine, and the summit of Mt Toubkal.
Mount Toubkal is the highest mountain in North Africa, standing at 4,167 meters. The trek to the peak is difficult, but it takes no mountaineering experience, and the panoramic view from the top makes the effort worthwhile.
A ideal blend of a four-day, three-night trek in the western high Atlas, beginning with visits to numerous Berber towns and hiking over high mountain passes to acclimate to the altitude before reaching the peak on day four.
