Ramen has become a world-famous Japanese dish. In this hands-on cooking class, we will make ramen noodle and soup from scratch. We offer 2 options for a side dish. Sushi option (9:30-12:30) and Gyoza option (13:30-16:30). Our sushi option is unique in that we make Osaka style sushi "oshizushi" - pressed sushi, with beef and vegetables as ingredients. Gyoza is another Japanese dish that has rapidly gained popularity in recent years. At a ramen shop, ordering ramen and gyoza as a set is a staple in Japan. *Please leave a note upon booking for vegetarian option / pescatarian option / no-fish option. *Gluten-free option is not available.
