This SEIBU KAWAGOE PASS is the lucky charm design ticket that prays for safe trip for foreign tourists visiting Japan. Able to use for one-round trip between Hon-Kawagoe Station and Tokyo Urban Station (Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba or Ikebukuro Station.) Able to choose your depart and arrival station from Tokyo Urban Station. No stopover permitted.

What's Included
- This ticket is valid for only one round trip between Seibu-Shinjuku Station/Takadanobaba Station/Ikebukuro Station and Hon-Kawagoe Station.
Restrictions
- Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. Presenting your passport or resident card is required when picking up your ticket.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please present your voucher and passport to the staff when you exchange the ticket.

- Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station (see schedule for location details).
- Please show the ticket to station staff to pass through the ticket gate.
- Validity period: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of exchange. (The validity period will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange. )

- Boarding a limited express train or reserved-seat trains requires an extra fee.
- Please buy 2 tickets if you plan to use a pass for 2 days.

The Information center can be found right by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exist is the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.) (Ikebukuro Station)

Highlights
Kawagoe, commonly called Koedo (literally means small Edo), is a town featuring old storehouse-like houses with black plaster walls and tiled roofs.
