Smooth and Quick Trip

Booking and check-in were smooth. A staff member will personally reach out via WhatsApp a day before departure to confirm the booking, which is a nice touch. For the leg from Gili T to Gili Air, it might be helpful to inform all passengers beforehand that they may sit anywhere upon boarding, and only move to their assigned seats shortly after reaching Gili Air. This could help avoid unnecessary confusion. On my departure trip, the Wi-Fi details were provided, which was appreciated. However, on the return leg, no such information was shared. Given that passengers are paying a slightly more premium price for this package compared to standard options, they are likely to expect a consistently better experience throughout.
