Mr Zhang 张波 is professional, polite and thoughtful. He is also a good, careful and experienced driver who made the ride to and fro the site such a pleasant and comfortable journey. Bought this package if you want to avoid queuing for the shuttle service.

The hotel pickup on private transfer was great, the driver was waiting at the hotel lobby more than 15 mins earlier than the scheduled pickup time. The vehicle was new and clean, and the driver (Han Wei) was very professional & helpful. He offered toilet breaks for us along the way and stopped by when we'd like to make purchases from local farmers. I'm not sure if he could speak well in English, but we were able to converse well in mandarin with him. We're happy to be able to catch the cable car to the wall quite seamlessly. The driver came along and brought us all the way up to the wall. He provided plenty of good guidance for us to navigate around. There were no rush, we were given free time to include our lunch break. On the way back to the hotel, he was flexible and offered to dropped us at an attraction nearby our hotel. Truly appreciate his courtesy. Generally the private tour is pricey, but we feel the premium is rather justifiable on the level of service, reliability and quality that was being offered to us.
