• Important Notes When Visiting
• All tickets are for a 30-minute session (including entry and exit). Extensions cannot be granted if you arrive late.
• Our shop operates on a complete turnover system, and there is no waiting area inside. 
• Please line up outside for entry. You will be asked to leave 5 minutes before the session ends. Please be sure to review the rules and enjoy your time at the shop.
• Due to the Samoyeds' needs, there may be times when they are not at the shop or the number of dogs may be fewer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Unaccompanied children under 12 are not permitted to enter.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection. 

Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.

Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
