- Pregnant women and children aged 0-3 are not allowed to use the tour. (You cannot use the tour with a stroller and luggage storage is not available.)
- Since this is a join tour, there may be a delay in the meeting time. If you are delayed by more than 20 minutes, please call the emergency contact number on the voucher and we will quickly confirm.
- You must be on time for the meeting. If you are not in the lobby on the first floor at the appointed time, you will be asked to leave without prior notice and no changes/cancellations/full refunds will be possible.
- The tour will proceed even in case of rain. (Phuket has a rainy season from May to October, so it often rains or has squalls.)
- If it rains so badly that the tour is impossible, the tour operator will contact your hotel and give you a full refund.
- If you decide not to go based on your own discretion, refunds are not possible.
- After the tour has already started, full refunds are not possible even if you are unable to use the tour due to bad weather.
- Thailand has a tipping culture, so although it is not mandatory, most guests leave a tip in the tip box inside the speedboat at the end of the tour (around 100 baht per group).
- Tipping is not related to the tour itself. When you are on the tour, prepare small bills under 100 baht and put them in the tip box. The island staff will distribute them.

The pick up was an hour late and trying to contact Pelago proved impossible, a very stressful wait. The trip home was also so long as the driver went to the north of Phuket before dropping us off. The tour itself was awesome! I loved every minute of it. We visited 3 islands where we snorkelled and the guides were so friendly.
