Redemption of the bus tickets is easy using the machine and the bus ride was smooth and we need not have to worry about our luggage on board as each passenger is being assigned luggage space and luggage tags were given for easy identification after we reach our destination.
Easy to book and no problems exchanging for the actual ticket at the airport. Highly recommended!
Bus bay is same as Kansai airport terminal 1 arrival level (1st floor), just head outside and scan the QR code at the machine to retrieve ticket. When we were there at 10pm, only bus bay 5&6, 7&8 still have buses running. Bus to Kyoto Station is at Bus bay 8. Accurate as of Oct 2025, late night timing: 22:00, 22:30, 23:00, 23:20 (last). Staff will give your luggage a paper tag so you can use it to collect your luggage later.
