Participants must not be inebriated. Wear weather-appropriate attire and comfortable shoes. The 1.7-mile walking tour includes low lighting, uneven sidewalks, street crossings, and limited restroom access. Be prepared for sudden weather changes.

Minimum age: 6 years.

Meet the guide outside at the corner of 9th and Sherman Street, near the Archer Tower sign (901 N. Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203). Do not enter the Archer Tower. Arrive 5 minutes early for check-in. Parking is available at street meters or a paid lot on Grant St between 9th and 10th.

Participants agree their image may be used in media for advertising and release the tour operator from claims, including negligence, for injuries or losses during participation.
