• All children must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Infant meals and separate bedding are not included

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible
• Guests must be able to walk on sand dunes and uneven paths
• Guests with limited mobility may find some activities challenging (e.g., hiking Fairy Stream or climbing dunes)

• 100% refund for cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled departure
• No refund for cancellations made less than 2 days prior or for no-shows
• Cancellations can be managed via your booking confirmation email or Pelago account

• Present your mobile or printed e-voucher at the meeting point or to the hotel pickup staff
• Voucher is valid only on the selected travel dates
• Late arrivals or missed pickups are considered no-shows and are non-refundable

Holiday Rate Surcharge:

• If your travel date falls on a holiday, the surcharge is automatically included in your booking price
• If you change from a non-holiday date to a holiday, an additional surcharge will apply and must be paid prior to departure
