We will adjust the pick-up time based on the flight's arrival. We monitor flight movements to accommodate early arrivals or delays.If you do not specify a pick-up time, the driver will wait at the designated location for up to 1.5 hours after the flight's arrival time. If you specify a pick-up time, the driver will wait at the designated location for up to 30 minutes from the specified time. Any waiting time beyond these periods will incur an additional fee: 50 RMB per hour for standard and business cars, and 60 RMB per hour for luxury cars. Please pay this fee directly to the local driver.

On the day of your transfer, the driver will be waiting at the exit holding a sign with the representative's name. The driver speaks only Chinese, but multilingual support is available online via Japanese, English, and Korean interpretation devices, as well as through email and WeChat.

For pick-up times between 23:00 and 05:00 Shanghai local time, there is an additional charge of 130 RMB per car. Please pay this fee directly to the local driver.

Passenger and Luggage Restrictions:For a 7-seater car, the maximum number of adult passengers is 6. When the car is fully occupied, the trunk can accommodate up to 3 pieces of luggage, each up to 24 inches in size (inclusive).
