Purchase Notice
- Please respect the instructions from the professional captain. They will decide whether to set sail based on weather conditions
- Please note that the snorkeling experience included in the elected package is from shore, and not from the boat
- Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees: 1–3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more people: RM10/person. All fees are one-way, to be paid directly to the driver
- Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fee: 1–6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more people: RM15/person. All fees are one-way, to be paid directly to the driver
- Lunch is available in vegetarian option, please remark your request upon booking
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended to participate in watersports: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, and/or undergone surgery. For travelers who participate in the Seawalk, please do not board a plane within 10 hours after your experience, consume alcohol, and/or engage in strenuous physical activities.
All provided snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel) are one-size for adults, prescription swimming goggles are not available; for children ages 12 and below, it is recommended to bring your own equipment
Travelers with eyesight conditions are recommended to bring contact lenses or snorkelling masks with optical correction lenses
The pickup information will be provided 1 day before your travel date
the management of Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal requests every passenger participating in the trip must provide every passenger's name, passport number, date of birth & nationality at least 1 day before departure to facilitate boarding. If the passenger cannot provide complete information, he/she will not be able to board the boat.
