Itinerary
Marrakech – Ait Bouguemmaz (4h01 - 182 kms)
Ait Bougmez Valley
8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeMeet your guide and driver at your hotel or directly at the airport. Then you will start your journey with us through the Atlas Mountains roads. You'll see beautiful villages. You'll stop at Demnate, provincial city of Azilal. You'll be stunned by the beautiful natural bridge of Iminifri and you will take the road to Ouzoud waterfalls. Ouzoud waterhalls are more than 100 meters high, on 3 levels , in a geological and authentic area, at 1060 meters high, between Mid and High Atlas Mountains. Lunch around the waterfalls and swimming depending on the season. Then you will start again driving through the valley that we call the valley of happiness. It's a green valley, wide and surrounded by the Atlas Mountains. You'll arrive at Ait Bouguemmaz, have diner and accommodate yourself in our ecolodge overlooking the valley.
Ait Bouguemmaz - Skoura (4h30 - 250 kms)
Skoura
8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeBreakfast at the ecolodge with a last view over the valley and then departure for the Skoura valley trough a very nice track. You'll cross mountainous landscapes and the Tassaout valley or Red Valley famous for its landscapes and its red ground. You'll stop at Megdaz for lunch. Megdaz is world heritage village at UNESCO for its architecture and has often been named the most beautiful village of Morocco. Then you'll take the track again until the Skoura palm grove named the 1000 casbah palm grove. Diner and stay at authentic bed and breakfast.
Skoura - Dades (1h30 - 88 kms)
Dades Gorges
8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeBreakfast on the patio of the B&B then you'll head off to Skoura palm grove. You'll stop and visit the AMRIDIL casbah, a fortified palace from 17th century recently renovated. You'll then discover the beautiful "Rose Valley" famous for its culture of the flower. After lunch you'll take a nice track and will share a tea with a nomad family. At the end of the track will start the Dades Canyon. You will see its huge cliffs and will be able to walk through the canyon. Diner and night in B&B
Dades – Merzouga (3h51 - 270 kms)
Merzouga Desert
8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeYou'll start the day after breakfast with a short (2hrs) walk in the valley to see the inhabitant life. Then you'll take the road to Tinghir, where the road leads to the famous Tour canyon attracting more and more fans of climbing. And you'll take the road again to the desert via Erfoud. You'll arrive at Merzouga before sunset and will be welcomed by a berber and his camels. You will take a ride through the sand dunes admiring the sunset and will then arrive to your desert camp for a very authentic diner and an unforgettable night in the desert. Night in "comfort" camp or hotel with swimming pool during the hot season
Merzouga - Agdz (4h00 - 299 kms)

8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeYou'll leave the camp early in the morning and after a breakfast will hit the road to the Draa palm grove. The Draa Palm grove is the biggest palm grove in the world : 200 kms long and 18 kms width it contains more than 1.5 millions of trees. Lunch on the road Beginning of the afternoon you'll arrive to Tamnougalte and will visit the casbah which represent an inescapable stop on the path of the ancient desert trails. You'll then arrive in Agdz, and will stop for a picture on top of the hill with a magic view over the palm grove. Diner and night in B&B.
Agdz - Marrakech (4h55 - 265 kms)
Marrakech
8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWe'll start at 9am. This is the last leg of our trip. You'll say goodbye to Agdz to welcome Ouarzazate going through the magnificent landscapes of the Anti Atlas. You'll stop at Tifoultoute to visit the casbah, then you'll continue to Marrakech via the Tichka peak. You'll be back in Marrakech end of the afternoon. We'll take you back to your hotel/riad in Marrakech or at the airport depending on your flight.
