- All participants are required to acknowledge and complete the Indemnity Form, which will be sent upon booking confirmation.
- For safety and comfort purposes, participants are required to wear long pants and covered flat shoes e.g. sports shoes, trainers, sneakers. No heels allowed.
- Participants should be in good overall health and free from any medical conditions or reduced mobility that could be worsened by the sensory effects of the simulator. Pregnant individuals and those with heart conditions or back and neck issues are advised to consult their healthcare provider prior to taking part.

- Minimum Age for Flight Experience: 10 years old
- For attendees below the age of 18, it is required for their legal guardian to sign all waiver forms on their behalf.
- English-Speaking Guide and Flight Instructors.
- There is a cafe located in Airbus Asia Training Centre for dining. (Operating hours: 9:30am to 9:30pm, Monday to Sunday)
- Free parking available at site.
