Our chefs will guide you through traditional recipes, giving you the skills to recreate these unforgettable dishes. Each day of the week, we offer a different cooking experience, allowing you to explore various facets of Spanish and regional cuisine without repeating recipes: Monday – Spanish Cooking: Paella & Mediterranean: Learn to cook Spain’s iconic paella and Mediterranean dishes. Tuesday – Traditional Fish Cooking: San Sebastián Market Tour & Fish Class: From market to table, learn the art of cooking fresh seafood. Wednesday – Traditional Regional Cuisine: Master authentic regional dishes that capture the essence of San Sebastián’s culinary heritage. Thursday – Pintxos, Tapas & More: Discover the secrets of San Sebastián’s famous pintxos and tapas. Friday – Market Tour & Seasonal Cooking Class: Explore seasonal cooking with ingredients fresh from the market. Join us for a delicious culinary journey!
