Although timeslot left is 3.30pm, u can actually turn up anytime as the tour runs every 10mins.
This was a great experience for our family as the site set ups for Harry Potter and the DC series were wonderfully interactive activities for us. The site tour was nice and the tour guide very pleasant, we just didn't enjoy it as much as many of the shows featured were not ones that we followed.

Good tour but would have preferred the Universal tour
Easy to redeem, just walk straight to the “Welcome Tour Entrance” to scan your e-tickets/vouchers. Tour departs every 10mins, so we were allow to start the tour even though we were 1/2 hour early.
