- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

- Ropeway may close due to weather or maintenance. Refund of 1000 JPY per person available on request.
- Weather conditions may prevent clear views of Mt. Fuji.
- Carry cash as some attractions may not accept cards.
