It is a great package. Kousei, our guide, is excellent. He speaks English & Mandarin. We were so lucky able to see the mount Fuji very clear from the beginning til the end.

Fun tour, a good choice if your time in Tokyo is limited. All the stops were interesting, lots to see.

Good tour that packs quite a few touristy icons of Hakone and Mount Fuji area into it but it is very rushed - not recommended for those who want to enjoy a slower paced and in-depth sight seeing tour or not physically strong. We literally had to run at one point to get to the cable car just to keep on time. They should also have included the fee for the ship directly into the tour package instead of collecting the money on site in cash where people are also going cashless. If you don’t opt for the ship you are basically stuck in the bus. Also, a very huge group - more than 40 people on this tour. It was also strange to to have a Chinese tourguide claiming to be Japanese and still asking for tips for herself and the driver at the end of the tour - which is definitely not a Japanese thing. To be fair though, Tour guide did provide quite a few tips on best photography points and explain in detail the history and fun facts of the areas we visited.
It was a very enjoyable tour. We visited many places on the itinerary & we did not feel like we were being rushed. Plenty of opportunity to take in the sights & the experience. We were thinking of self drive, just glad we opted for this instead. No stress and our tour guide Erik was very funny & entertaining. He even offered to pick up anyone that’s lost while wondering around 😂. He texted us the night before, to make sure we know exactly where to meet & who to look out for. Lunch was a bit disappointing though, we had 4 different options, guess I chose the wrong one (karage). Do look out for Erik!!! He will surely make your trip an enjoyable one. I love the cruise & volcano most.
