We start by picking you up at your address (hotel, hostel, apartment, etc.) at 8.00h and driving in a minivan to a meeting point at 9.00 o’clock (than start tour guide till 13.30h). At 14.00h our trip ends here and we will drive you back to your accommodation.  WHAT TO BRING ON THIS TRIP: T-shirt from some synthetic fleece, polypro, or wool garments. Don’t wear cotton because when it becomes wet, it will just make you colder, as you get wet. Bathing suit, towel, sports shoes, dry clothes and shoes you will put on after the trip. We provide full winter equipment (socks, wet suit and amorak) and sandals size 28-44 in case the participants don’t have suitable shoes for the trip. All our equipment is washed and disinfected after every use (helmet, life jacket, neoprene suit and socks). It is advisable not to take any valuable objects with you (jewelry, watches) and if you wear glasses tight them with a thin rope. It is useful to be protected from the sun while at the river.
