Locating the whales may require more time, extending the trip beyond 3 hours. The average trip takes between 3.5 and 4 hours.
Pre Purchase
Children under 3 years join for free, please select a free ticket for them.
Usage
Redeem your smartphone voucher at the Ticket Center on Long Wharf. The Ticket Center is a small white building with a whale on top – its sign reads BHC Ticket Center
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booked cruise time
Post Purchase
Snacks, meals, drinks can be bought on board
At sea, credit/debit card transactions are sometimes not possible, so bring some cash
It's a good idea to wear rubber-soled shoes and a light sweater/jacket. Also bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat
