Weather can affect car-scene activity and turnout. The experience normally operates in light or moderate rain, although the itinerary and activity levels may differ from those on a clear day.
Routes and stops may change due to weather, traffic, closures, police instructions, car-scene activity, or other conditions. Specific locations shown or mentioned are potential stops and are not guaranteed.
If conditions make a planned location unavailable, your host will adapt the experience and visit other suitable car-culture locations where possible.
If we must cancel the entire experience due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances from our side, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Daikoku PA is closed on Friday and Saturday nights from 19:30 until 02:00 the following morning. If Daikoku is closed, we may visit Umihotaru as an alternative. Locations depend on access and conditions on the day.
