• The minimum age for skiing or snowboarding is 5 years old. For safety reasons, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. KKday is not responsible for any incidents during the trip, so securing insurance is advised
• All tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued.
• Additional fees may apply for early check-in, late check-out, or extra bedding and towels
• To ensure comfort and uphold room quality, please adhere to resort policy by paying extra for any guests beyond the room's basic capacity.
• Please note that certain slopes may close due to weather conditions, which will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
