Highlights

The MARAS & MORAY Tour is for nature lovers who have a free day or visitors who arrive in Cusco, during this walk you will be able to appreciate the flora and fauna throughout our trip.


We will visit: the Inca agricultural experimental center of Moray, because they are terraces with microclimates. Continuing with our tour we go to Maras, also known as “salt mines.” At the end of this tour, you will be dropped off in Ollantaytambo.

    MORAY. • It is located 7 km. from Maras, two hours from the city of Cusco along the Chinchero route is one of the most spectacular visits where there are circular platforms of different sizes. They are terraces of agricultural experimentation and places of concentration of feminine energy, for which it is considered as a magnetic center of the Pachamama. guided tour (45 minutes)

  • Salinas de Maras

    SALAS DE MARAS. • Located northwest of the town of Maras Known by some as "salt mines" they are made up of about 3,000 small wells. Salt has been obtained since pre-Hispanic times through a system for drying the salty water in the sun that occurred from an underground stream. Once the water has evaporated, the salt is ready for sale. guided tour (45 minutes)

  • Ollantaytambo

    45 minsAdmission Ticket Free
    At the end of the tour, the mobility will leave you close to the Ollantaytambo station.
