Egg coffee (Vietnamese: Cà phê trứng) is a Vietnamese drink which is traditionally prepared with egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk and robusta coffee and kept in a bowl of warm water.
Egg coffee was first invented by Hanoian when milk was scarce in Vietnam in the late 1940s. With the unique taste, egg coffee is loved by not only the local but also the foreigner until now. When you visit Hanoi, don't hesitate to join our workshop. You will have a change to know more about this drink and learn how to make it with our enthusiastic instructor. You will have your own egg coffee and we're sure that you will love it.

With our new and unique workshop, you will have an opportunity to experience and learn how to make Hanoi Egg Coffee. The workshop will walk you through the process of preparation, common mistakes, causes and precautions in order to achieve a delicious cup of coffee. - Part 1: Introducing history of egg coffee (10 minutes). - Part 2: Introducing equipment, materials and demonstrate how to make egg coffee (10 minutes) - Part 3: Making Egg Coffee - Participants make their own egg coffee under the guide of instructor (20-30 minutes).
