- Children under 3 years old (within 36 months) can join the tour for free but will not have a seat and entrance fees to attractions are not included. Please indicate this in the “Remarks” section when booking.

- The departure and end dates of this product may change seasonally depending on Eobi Ice Valley’s opening schedule.
- Depending on weather conditions, if temperatures are too high, the ice valley may not freeze. On such days, the itinerary will include either Eobi Ice Valley or Gugok Waterfall Ice Valley, with only one of the two attractions visited.
- Entry regulations vary by country. If you plan to bring strawberries back with you, please check your country’s rules in advance to avoid legal issues. It is recommended to enjoy the strawberries fresh and not bring them home.
- For guests who purchase the strawberry jam experience, the farm will organize participants into groups during the activity. After the session, each guest who purchased the add-on can take home one jar of strawberry jam as a souvenir. (One jar per add-on purchase)
