- Children under 3 years old (under 36 months) can join for free, but they will not occupy a seat and admission tickets to attractions are not included. Please note this when booking.

- Depending on weather conditions, if the temperature is too high, the ice valley may not freeze. The itinerary will be adjusted to visit either Eobi Ice Valley or Gugok Waterfall Ice Valley based on the weather that day.
- Entry regulations vary by country. If you intend to bring strawberries back to your home country, please check the entry regulations in advance to avoid violating laws. It is recommended to eat the strawberries while fresh and not bring them back.
- For travelers who have added the strawberry jam making experience, the farm will arrange group sessions. After the activity, you can take home a jar of the finished strawberry jam as a souvenir. (One jar provided per purchased experience.)
