crafting three signature Vietnamese brews: the strong and flavorful
traditional cafe phin, brewed using a distinct metal filter, the creamy fusion
of Coconut Coffee (Ca Phe Cot Dua) which melds coffee with coconut milk for a
velvety texture, and Salt Coffee from Hue, a slightly savory concoction that
deftly merges coffee with a hint of salt. This workshop offers more than just
coffee; it's an exploration into the very fabric of Vietnamese coffee culture
and its treasured traditions.
