- Take you for 2 hours to your hotel in Ninh Binh/Tam Coc/Trang An (Please advise us the name of the place you will stay in Ninh Binh).
- Please be ready at the lobby hotel 20 minutes before of the departure time.
Note: The bus will make a short 15–20 minute stop on the way for a restroom break, coffee, a quick snack, or just to stretch your legs!

Everything was well organised from informing me of pick up time and place via WhatsApp. The driver was punctual and we had a seamless ride from Hanoi to Tam Coc within 2.5hours including a toilet break. I won’t hesitate to arrange my future transfers through Pelago again!
The transport operator was very organised. In addition to the confirmation from Pelago, I also received an email confirmation from the transport operator as well - so that is quite reassuring. I was asked to wait in the hotel lobby, 30 mins before scheduled departure time. A rep from the transport operator (who can speak English) then showed up and guided me outside for the arriving limo van/bus (since the roads are very narrow in Hanoi) and quickly helped me on board with my luggage. Everything was smooth despite the fact that I had to change my pick-up location a day before the scheduled trip. There is one stop for a break/toilet midway. Driving was safe (by local standards, since they understand the unspoken road rules here). I would definitely book with this particular transport operator again for my trips to Ninh Binh/Tam Coc area. Big thank you to Dzung for his patience and help!
