Very straightforward Useful

Bought as a Christmas gift for a family member. Pretty easy to buy. Think I also earned some miles too so that’s a nice bonus for me!

Extremely disappointing experience. I did not receive the gift card even after one week. I contacted customer support immediately and was told to wait until the next day at 10:00 AM. I also requested cancellation at the same time. I was then asked to wait up to five working days for a resolution. On the fifth working day, I was informed my request was rejected. As of today, I still have not received the gift card despite multiple follow-ups. Live chat and inquiry tickets were unhelpful and time-consuming. I am still $1,000 out of pocket. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
