This charter was so much fun—short, sweet, and definitely worth it! The crew was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had a great time out on the water, and I even caught two little fish! We did run into a bit of confusion with our reservation, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all. I purchased four tickets online the night before our trip. The website didn’t prompt me to select a departure time, so I assumed you could simply show up for whichever sailing you wanted. When we arrived for our preferred departure time, the staff couldn’t find our reservation. Since my Uncle Lee was flying out just a few hours later, we were worried we’d miss our chance. We even tried purchasing four new tickets for the 10:00 AM departure, but that trip was already full. Fortunately, we were able to wait and join the 11:00 AM trip instead. While we were waiting, the front desk was eventually able to locate my original reservation and ticket purchase. By that point, I had already convinced myself I’d been scammed by a third-party ticket vendor and had even canceled my credit card! Thankfully, everything worked out in the end—we didn’t have to repurchase the tickets, and we were still able to enjoy the trip before my uncle had to leave. For future visitors, I’d recommend purchasing tickets directly at the marina in advance rather than booking online. Part of our confusion may have been because I was navigating a Korean-language website as an English speaker. Overall, everything worked out perfectly, and we had an amazing time. I would absolutely recommend this experience—10/10!
