Guests will prepare an entire menu retracing the history of the area and the family. Together we will prepare the eggplant parmigiana, the Neapolitan ragù with which we will season the local fresh pasta: N'dunderi; A pasta similar to gnocchi that has ricotta cheese as its main ingredient. We will prepare the meat chops that cannot be missing in the base of the Neapolitan ragù.. we will prepare the limoncello, the liqueur famous all over the world with the lemons of the Amalfi Coast. Finally, guests will eat what they themselves have prepared and will taste the wines of the Amalfi Coast.
