- Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Required items to bring & attire
- Wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing
- Footwear must be secured (e.g., sneakers or athletic shoes)
※ Prohibited footwear: sandals, high heels, platform shoes, Crocs, etc.

- Passport required for identity verification (driver’s license not necessary)
- Participants must sign a waiver form including liability disclaimers
- A brief safety and operation briefing is required (approx. 5 minutes)

- Tour may be canceled or rescheduled in case of rain or severe weather (notice will be given the day before or same day)
- Helmet rental is mandatory and must be worn at all times
- Participants not following safety rules may be removed from the tour
- If deemed unsafe during the practice ride, participation may be denied for safety reasons (in such cases, a full refund will be issued)
- Handheld luggage is not allowed. Please bring a backpack or crossbody bag to keep both hands free
- Participants are responsible for their own valuables
- No storage service available—please use paid lockers on-site (large luggage must be stored in advance)
