We'll meet at 10:30am at Pencil & Fork, located in the center of La Coruña, very close to the fish and seafood market, as well as meat, fruit, and vegetables. We'll have a coffee and discuss what we're going to buy at the market and how we'll cook it. We'll visit the market to see the varieties of fish and seafood on offer, and we'll buy our ingredients, giving you the opportunity to ask the vendors questions. Back in the kitchen, we'll get organised and start cooking together. We'll sit at the table and indulge our appetites, accompanied by regional wines and beers. Menu: - Surprise appetizers (seasonal) - Mussels in Godello wine - Baby scallops with ham - Paella with cockles and squid - Almond cake (Santiago cake) All drinks are also included (wine, beer, soft drinks, and coffee). This experience typically takes place Tuesday through Saturday when the market is open and lasts approximately three hours so we should be finished by 1.30pm approx. Please check availability.
