We will meet at 10:30 in Pencil & Fork located in the center of La Coruña, very close to the main market of the city. We will have coffee and discuss what we will buy in the market and how we will cook it. We will enter the Plaza de Lugo market to observe the varieties of fish and seafood on offer, and Pencil & Fork will buy our ingredients. The Plaza de Lugo Market is the best market for traditional products in the city and a must-see, located in the heart of La Coruña. Spread over three floors full of life, it especially highlights its spectacular first floor, which offers one of the most select and varied selections of fresh fish and seafood in Galicia and all of Spain. Back in the kitchen, we will organize to start cooking collaboratively. We will sit down at the table and unleash our appetite, accompanied by wines and beers from the region.
