He ensured we were safely transferred from the Maglev train to our hotel, and went the extra mile by sharing useful insights about the Maglev, China’s high-speed rail system, and travel tips for Shanghai. Even though we eventually used our comfort lugguage Mandarin to communicate with Ming, we found Ming is very fluent in English.
