- The driver has the right to refuse your request if you are in an area that is not included in your package.
- If you wish to arrange for more areas that are not listed, you may contact Pelago customer service to customise your request accordingly.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before your selected activity date. No refunds can be issued if cancelled less than 2 days before your selected activity date.
