Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level
Show your smartphone ticket at the ticket desk
All visitors are required to go through a security check and show a valid ID
Edge Walk Experience:
Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance

Burj Khalifa:
You can leave your bag free of charge on the ground floor
Expect a considerable waiting time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue
The Edge Walk Experience:
