There are many types of excursions when international travelers choose. Some people might select one that professional chaffer drives private car and professional interpreter guides for you, very expensive tour. On the other hand, others might make a plan that they use public transportation, like railways and buses, economic but painful tour. We offer you just in-between tour that taking on both merits above, not so expensive but not inconvenient.
In this tour, no tour interpreter travel with, a driver-guide who has guide license will accompany by; one man operation.
The drivers may not speak English as fluent as professional interpreters would do, but they have good communication skills at the conversation level in English and they have deep knowledge of Kamakura all about. If you need to book a private vehicle tour in order to book transportation or family group, this is the tour you are looking for.
Itinerary
Regarding the schedule: ( real tour duration should be around 5-6 hours plus transfer) the schedule is flexible, you can adjust it as you like. the below is a normal and ordinal itinerary;
Each location ~ Hokokuji Temple ~ Kenchoji Temple ~ Tsurugaoka Shinto Shrine ~ Komachi Street (Lunch time) ~ Hase temple ~ Kotokuin Temple ~ Each location
* Hokokuji Temple; famous as bamboo temple and macha service
(entrance fee adult¥1000/child¥600 excluded )
Kenchoji Temple; famous as a head temple of Zen Buddhism
(entrance fee adult¥500/child¥250 excluded)
Tsurugaoka Shinto Shrine; famous as a sanctual place for samurai clan
Komachi Street; shopping arcade between Tsurugaoka and Kamakura St.
Hase Temple; famous for the state of Kannon buddha
(entrance fee adult¥500/child¥300 excluded)
Kotokuin Temple; famous for the state of open air statue of Amida Buddha
(entrance fee adult¥300/child¥150 excluded)
Lunch is also excluded. If you have special request for lunch menu, don't hesitate to ask us. We will research for a good restaurant.
Other Additional Information
1.We are welcome guests who use manual wheelchair!!! But unfortunately we can't handle some guests who use electronic wheelchair and can't move on their own.
2.In case of contact us, please reach out by "WhatsApp" or Text Message.
3.Our operator will inform you of driver's name and vehicle's plate number 3 days before the pickup day.
