- Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour departure time to check in.
- Guests must make their own way to the meeting point unless a transfer package is selected.
- The tour involves walking on uneven terrain and unsealed paths; moderate physical fitness is recommended.
- Maintenance on the movie set may take place throughout the year to ensure the best guest experience.
- No pets are permitted on the movie set (except registered assistance dogs).
- Open to all nationalities.
- Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Infants & Children (0–10 years): Free of charge, but a ticket must be allocated/booked in advance.
- Youth (11–17 years): Youth ticket required.
- Adults (18+ years): Adult ticket required.
- All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
- Comfortable walking shoes (required).
