Highlights

We are going to listen to the history of each of the dishes and their importance for Brazilians.
Itinerary
Copacabana
We will help the chef prepare one of the dishes: the feijoada or the seafood moqueca. We are also going to prepare Queijo coalho with geleia de pimenta (cheese cubes with pepper jam), linguica with cebola flambada na cachaça (sautée sausages and onions on cachaça) and Brigadeiro. To drink, we are going to make a caipirinha and a coconut shake.
