Failure to wait out the front of your selected accommodation or nominated meeting point may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. GLT cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.

- Locker ($8) and towel ($6) hire is available on arrival at reception payable direct.
- Private touring is available on request.
- Dress code: swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area, rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable.
- Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips, thongs (flip flops) are recommended around pools and any wet areas.
- If purchasing Transport Only fare, please ensure you have pre-purchased your own spa experience ticket valid for a 10:00 am entry.
- NO cash payments – All onsite payments will now be cashless, and where possible, contactless.
- BYO Glassware and alcohol is not permitted at Peninsula Hot Springs.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.

Welcomed the weekend with a few hours in the hotsprings with our charming small group ( Autopia) tour host, Kiwi, who regaled us with bits of interesting info about the pools, Arthur’s seat and the bath houses. He offered phone cases which I found sweet. It was a very relaxing trip that concluded with a visit to a homemade waffle cone ice cream shop with delectable flavors, it was hard to choose. Definitely recommending this!
