Good To Know
For Airport pick-ups after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of US$5 per car/trip applies.
The driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour from your flight's landing time. If your delay extends beyond 1 hour after landing, please send an email or message to inquire about the driver's availability. An additional surcharge applies for waiting times exceeding 1 hour.
If you do not contact the service provider and exceed the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show.' In such cases, the driver will depart, and no refund will be provided.
If you encounter delays due to unforeseen circumstances and are unable to use the service, please send a message within 1 hour of landing, and the operator will issue a full refund.
When booking, provide your hotel details, and remember to allow enough time between hotel pickup and your flight's departure.
For a smooth departure, share your full name, hotel address, room number, and pickup time.
The operator recommends departing 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
