• Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival/desired pick up time
• If you booked a car or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative hold a sign IVY at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived and guide your way to reach the driver
• Drop-offs are only for hotels/ residents within Kuala Lumpur city only
